What we collect

  • The bathroom photo you upload, and the AI-generated concepts made from it.
  • The first name and email address you give us to unlock your concept.
  • If you request a quote: your full name, email, phone number, ZIP code, whether you own the home, project type, timeline, budget, and any notes you add.
  • A record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording and the date and time.
  • Basic usage events (page visits, uploads, concept generations, quote requests). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your photo to generate remodel concepts, and your contact details to save and reopen your design and to contact you about the quote you asked for. We do not sell your information.

AI processing

Your photo is sent to an AI image service to create a concept, and both images are reviewed by an AI model to write the description. Concepts are inspiration only: dimensions, materials, feasibility, and final appearance must be verified by a contractor.

Who can see your photos

Your photo and concepts are stored in private storage and shown through links that expire. We share them with a remodeling contractor only after you ask us to and give the specific permission described in the quote form. We do not currently send requests to any contractor automatically.

Marketing email

You receive remodeling tips and offers only if you tick the optional box. That choice is separate from getting your free concept.

Retention
